It doesn't seem like i eat much but i'm hardly ever hungry since i started that pill. i mean my stomach can growl but like i dont feel hungry but thats some days other days i feel more hungry and i eat another sandwich. it's just weird cause i can eat when my stomachs growling and a hour later or 2 it growls again but i'm trying not to eat much cause the calorie intake and i want to lose weight fast so like i figure less calories and burn calories should make me lose weight fast since i dont take in much less to burn off.

i go back to the doctor next Wednesday to see how much i've lost and he's probably gonna ask what i've been doing.. i'm kinda scared to tell him that im on the low calorie diet cause like u said it seems like im starving myself even though i don't feel like i am.

I need to figure out something more to do to lose weight fast. any ideas? i live in a really small town like we don't even have a gym so i cant join. i dont drive and the next town is like 10 or more miles away. Like my town is abunch of hills so like when i'm walking its up and down hills like in my area its not flat land.
First of all, it's not healthy to lose weight fast. The 4lbs a week your doctor recommended is even too fast as it is in my opinion. This is not a race dear, you really need to pace yourself for the long term. If you lose weight too fast you're going to lose muscle along with the fat and that is NOT what you want to do.....not to mention it's not healthy. Something you need to understand that if you eat too little, your body will fight back and make it harder for you to lose weight. You need to find a good balance.

As far as other advice to help you lose weight, for starters, you need to drop the soda. All that sugar is doing you no good. Your eating habits need a lot of work. You're not consuming enough calories, and of the calories you are consuming, most of which come from carbohydrates which again is not good. Even if you don't feel hungry you need to eat more. You should also try drinking a lot of water.

Even though the walk is up and down hills, do it! It's still good for you! It may be hard going up, but if you really want to maximize weight loss safely, you should try to exercise in addition to healthy eating.
