ok i don't eat much like sometimes i might eat cereal in the morning(1 serving) and a sandwich at night (i eat wheat bread i believe 50-70 calories a slice) and the lunchmeat is like chicken and only like 10 calories a slice and then cheese is like 70 calories. i cut back on soda i try only having one cup a day(i use to be like addicted to it cause the caffeine) so 1 cups good right now. i burn calories other ways like i've used those websites that show u how much calories u burn.
