2 Slices of Turkey bacon, 2 eggs (1 whole and 1 white only) 1 cup of 1% milk
Or
2 slices of whole wheat toast, 2 tbsp of light or natural peanut butter and either water or 1/2 cup of juice.
Or
Cherrios with half a banana sliced up into it.
Or
Plain Oatmeal (not instant) mixed with some raisins, honey and cinnamon.
When all else fails and I am really pressed for time, I make a protein shake with at least 15-20 grams of protein in it. |
