Hello there!
My names emma (doh) I'm 27 from Manchester UK...
I started following the Atkins way of life back in 2004, fell off somewhere in 05 and got back on at the beginning of this year, i'm now on the wagon for good, i've learned the ins and outs of Atkins and am confident that i can live with this way of eating for the rest of my life, after all, there aint much that i cant have!
I have lost 60+ pounds so far with about 30 more to go, maybe more maybe less, i'll know more when i get there, anyway, i know how important it is to have support on a weightloss journey so i've decided to join here to give that to others and receive some for myself!
