Everyone falls off the wagon, you can't be 100% perfect all the time (would life be worth living then?). But what matters is that right after your splurge, you're back to the healthy eating. When I was younger and dieting, as soon as I messed up, I'd feel like I failed, and I'd write off the whole rest of the day, and end up eating my comfort foods to make myself feel better.
I think now I realize that even if I'm temped, and give in, I've got to take back control, and eat better for the rest of the day, and then work a little harder the next day.
Don't get discouraged! And remember to take your measurements too. You won't always just see results on the scale
