I just got back from the gym and I am chuffed!

I worked very hard this week on the diet and the gym.

I normally get weighed on a Monday but I am on 0600 - 1800 tomorrow so I thought I would do it a day early.

I am now officially 250lb. An amazing loss of 11lb in 6 days!!
