It has, or was, 3 days cardio and 3 days strength with the 7th day for whatever I felt like doing but I am damn tired from that, didn’t use to be but then like I said I was in my 20s then.

As for the time I am trying to do this around 8:00pm to 9:00 pm, that is just about all the time I have right now. I have stopped doing any of this any later however. Actually of late I have stopped doing it all together, like I said I am tired.

I am probably going to have to go to 3 days a week but I just want to make sure I am not just making excuses before I do.
