We all know how we got to where we are (generalism):
We ate too much and sat around too much, we drink unnatural drinks and unnatural foods and binge on sweets and fatty foods to no end.
People complain that eating a healthy diet is boring, let me tell you living 300+ years ago and eating their diet would bore you to DEATH.
Here's a goal for you, eat 2000 calories of chicken breasts and long grain brown rice over the course of the day. I GUARANTEE you will be full beyond your wildest dreams!!!
