Wake up and immediately intake at least 25g of protein.
For after morning workout breakfast I have:
1 TB all natural peanut butter
1 cup skim milk
1 cup oatmeal (not quick oats, regular oatmeal in the big tub) that has been chilling in fridge, I cook it the second I get up for 90 seconds in microwave then put in fridge
1/2 large banana
55g of vanilla protein
I blend this up every morning.
511 Calories 11g Fat, 31g carb 70g protein
Which is a 20% fat, 24.8% carb and 55% protein shake
I also take with the shake:
Omega 3-6-9
Super sized glucosamine, condroitin and MSM pill
1.5G of L-Arginine
Vitex
Multi-vitamin
When I revert to bulking I double the carbs from oatmeal which makes it a 40/40/20 split for carb/protein/fat
