I think I am finally ready to change my eating and exercise habits. I want to be healthier, but I do have a vanity motive. I am tired of people asking me when I am due....sigh. haven't been pregnant for over 3 years.
My weaknesses include poor will power, sweets and soda. I do not enjoy veggies (atleast the good ones) at all. I've tried, and though I know it's in my head, a gag reflex kicks in and I have to choke veggies down.
My strengths include....hmmm nothing to do with healthy living LOL. I'm hoping to change that. |
I'm glad hubby is home safe and sound!
I hate to tell people this, but you don't need veggies to lose weight and be thin, I'm living proof of this. I admittedly hate em too.
Ditching the garbage and even getting started taking some walks will help quite a bit, but ideally exercise that gets the heart pumping too.
Have you decided exactly how you are going to change your eating habits/exercise routine?
