| Re: OMG!!! thanks guys, i ended up giving all the left overs from the bbq away.. i just couldn't stop eating them. now i feel like i'm back on track.. i did 25 mins on the treadmill this morning, and 50 crunches, i also ate a good breakfast, egg whites, and watermelon w/ banana slices. so hopefully i'll do as good the rest of the day.. i 'll check back in tonight. enjoy your day...
