| What am I getting more out of? I've been switching up my cardio regime at the gym lately, and I've starting using the stairmaster, and joggin more, as opposed to just the eliptical and fast walking.
I've found that when I'm on the stairmaster, I don't burn as many calories (according to the display) as I do when I'm on the eliptical during the same amount of time. But I sweat way more (sorry to gross you out) and my breathing and heart rate are faster.
I feel like I'm getting more out of the stairmaster because I feel like I've done more work, but according to the machine for calories burned, I haven't.
Is this just that the workout machine isn't calculating my calorie burning correctly, or am I not getting a better workout from certain cardio that just makes me tired.
