Where's your breakfast?

Me:

2 cups of coffee with skim milk and a little sweeter

A slice of low carb/low calorie whole wheat toast with natural peanut butter

Sometimes half a bowl of cereal

Either a protein shake or protein bar depending on my total time.


Roughly 500 calories.
