
i feel so crappy, this weekend i had 2 bbq's to go to..i definately didn't do too good... the first bbq, I did great, all i drank was water, and i had only low calorie stuff, so i stayed in my 1200-1500 calorie range, Sunday i didn't do so well, i ended up eating some cookies, that i shouldn't have, and there was the yummy amish macaroni salad, i just coudn't stop eating.. and to make things worse i only exercised on saturday. today i only did 10 mins on the treadmill, and a couple of reps w/the weights. but i ended up eating the rest of the mac salad

i just couldn't help it.. now i feel soo guilty...and sick...i feel like i'm losing control...and i was doing soo good... i gained 3 pounds from this holiday weekend... tomorrow i am getting my butt back on track...i have too...i hope everyone else had a better weekend than i did...
