As for motivation...

This is the first time I've been really successful with loosing weight, and I've been 'dieting' for almost ever. The thing that really motivated me was that my fiance's older brother's fiance (god, what a mouthfull) was on Jenny Craig and lost about 20 lbs. She looked awesome (she's about 5'2 I think so that much weight off of her frame looked amazing), and I got pretty jealous when my fiance told me she looked slimmer.

I think that's most likely the pettiest reason in the world to be a healthier person, but it's been the best motivation I could ask for.

That was months ago though, and I think now my motiviation is to reach my goal because I now know it's possible through a healthy diet and exercise. I think I just want to prove myself right (and be able to say I lost 50 lbs!).
