Hi everyone

I'm looking for ways to start taking off all the weight I've gained since high school. I have a bit of a problem in the fact that I'm a picky eater. The majority of vegetables and fruits are off limits to me. This means I can't really just start eating salads or something of the sort.

As far as where I'm at physically I weigh in at around 245lbs right now and ideally I'd like to get down to about 185 which is where I was in high school. I'm 26 years old about 5'10".

I'm going to be joining up with a local gym and hiring a personal trainer to get started but I'm not sure what the costs of these should be or if there are any decent gym chains I should consider.

I've tried doing this before but it's always a little tougher without being fully informed so I'm glad I found this place. It looks like everyone here does a good job of helping each other which is awesome.
