you would think the government with all of its money and experts could have come up with something better than BMI. they probably won't change it for another 10 years like the food pyramid.
i think the goverment should make body fat testing the standard, and spend money on hydrostatic body fat testing equipment, putting them all over the united states and making insurance cover dips in the tank.
