well today was an ok day... i did a little weight training, then did 20 mins on the exercise bike, and also did 15 mins of taebo... i went a little over board with dinner though... i ended up eating more mashed potatoes than i planned on...but that's ok.. my calorie intake was just a little over 1600..i'll tell you one thing though...i don't think i have ever been this sore..my abs and legs are killing me...but as long as it is working..i can deal w/it...
