I throw up a lot, I'm exhausted, my brain isn't functioning right, and I have no energy for the activities I used to participate in (dancing, hiking, boating).

My new motto has become "I feel like $h!t, but I look fabulous".

I'm hoping to see if others have experienced the same difficulty, and how they overcame it, and suggestions on how to get through this difficult time.
am i wrong to think that you get a specific diet that should spell out what you should eat for a long time after your surgery? are you following that?

welcome!
