Yes it is. I am tring to get my brother to join but he is worried it might affect how I post lol. Doesnt want to step on my toes I guess, I told him to Join Join Join, I think maybe after he is done with this class he is taking he will but I will keep working on him. I know the guys would be good for him he has a hard time staying focused on his exersizing,
