I just had 1 cup of Breyer's fat free ice cream. Now I'm done for the day. Oh, and the boys & I are extremely sensitive to artificial sweeteners, even Splenda. It causes us to have headaches, anxiety, & insomnia. That makes it harder for us, otherwise we would follow a diet for diabetics. |
