Hey guys,
Jut recently I have started to have really vivid dreams - so real that I wake up tired from them as they often involve me arguing with people, who will not listen to me...
I don't think it's stress related (not a stress I am aware of)... but this is starting to have an effect on my work as I cannot concentrate and rely on caffeine to carry me through the day...
Any ideas? Or how I can avoid them (no cheese eating before dinner- I am all over that one

)
