I'm not a big fan of Vista either, it is not truly ghostable for one and the other that to change my entire company to Vista based on the demands of the head of the developers "Just Cuz" it is inconvenient to him is an outlay of about 1.5 to 2 million dollars and that is being very conservative. And Office 2007 is just different enough from what we run now to be INCREDIBLY confusing to the users and we have no one that can support it and I do not have the time to learn it.

And Thanks, it will take time but I believe I will get there.
