| Hi I am new here Just wanted to say hello and thanks for this board. I am just trying to get back in shape after letting myself go for too long. There is a long history of type 2 diabetes in my family and I want to stop it before it hits me. I carry the typical diabetes gut and I know how dangerous fat carried around the "gut" can be. I also want changes in my physical self to be a catalyst for personal and career changes. I figure as long as I am not dead it is not too late to make a change. Hopefully I can stick to my diet and excercise goals this time.
