thanks everyone, i'm doing good so far

i've already lost 4 pounds.... and i'm doing it a healthy way. it is hard at night not to snack before i go to bed, but so far so good, now i just try to keep busy, or just go to bed. thing would be a little easier if my husband would eat healthier too, but he likes his munchies. i'm glad i joined this forum, it has helped so far, reading all of the encourging words and knowing i'm not the only one going through this...
