Did you ever tell your mom what you thought of her cooking?

I do like veggies but have found that if you can afford it the quality is so much better at the nicer whole foods/organic market type stores. I prefer grilled vegetables, and when I get lazy I buy them pre-grilled/pre-cooked and read to go! I try to get some spinach added to my salad, and have broccoli, cauilflower, dark green lettuce, carrots, string beans, edamame, mushrooms, squash, celery, and i am forgetting what else.
