I'm a single mom and I remember when my boys were small (they are grown men now) I used to be running around doing everything I needed to do with them and would skip eating. Unfortunately it eventually led to overeating and binging for me so now I have to relearn to eat and not do those things anymore.
I wish I had of forced myself to sit down with them as a family and eat then.
