Welcome to the site! Yes it is very bad to eat only dinner on any day! You need to feed yourself and starving yourself will not help you accomplish your goals.

When you say under 1500 calroies, what is the minimum so to speak?

Just make sure when you get the flu next so we can bombard you with healthy reminder messages. We won't let you quit this time.
