I am all set to start the atkins tomorrow. I know it will be really hard, but i want to break my sugar addiction, and so this is the only thing i can think of. I need to just start it... and not think too much about it. i hate any kind of physical activity, so i'm not looking forward to doing any of that. i feel soooooooooooooo depressed... and physically so tired...

hello there! how has your atkins diet gone so far? any good luck sticking to it and breaking your sugar habits? just kicking the sugar habit is a good start. sometimes it is best to take one step at a time instead of changing your entire lifestyle all at once.

i wish you the best luck!
