Until we find out how much LBM you have we can't get a good daily calorie range for you. Since you could possibly be around 80lbs LBM that would put you at around 800 calories a day to lose 2lbs a week. If you have been averaging 1000 calories a day for over 7 days and you haven't dropped anything ( need to weigh yourself 1st thing in the morning post potty time) then drop calories to 900 and see what happens. Wash rinse repeat until you start dropping. This process could be eliminated by a BF test....
